At Goyk Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we’re here to help. Please read the following policy for information on how to return or exchange items purchased from our online store.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased from Goyk Decor within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging (including tags, labels, and protective materials).
  • Vases, home décor accents, and textiles must be returned in new and unused condition. Please ensure that vases and other fragile items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom-made, personalized items, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items
  • Used or altered textiles (e.g., pillows, throws, etc.)
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery

Please review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your expectations.

  1. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@goykdecor.com or vía WhatsApp +1 (305) 846-6280 to request a return authorization and return instructions.
  • Pack the Item(s): Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Please make sure that fragile items like vases are well-secured to prevent breakage during return shipping.
  • Ship the Item(s): Use the return shipping label provided by us (if applicable) to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it for condition and processing eligibility. If approved, we will issue a refund or exchange.
  1. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved. Please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
  • If the item is returned in used or damaged condition (excluding defects), the refund amount may be adjusted.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including covering the return shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in
  1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for products of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake made by Goyk Decor (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
  1. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. International orders are also subject to customs duties and taxes that may not be refundable.
